Josh Kalish has a balanced history in “big law” in addition to two tech start-ups, he has deep transactional experience, spanning financings, strategic partnerships, M&A, as well as technology development and licensing. He has worn many hats from lawyer, to salesman, to marketer — whatever it takes to support the entire C-suite in spotting and resolving legal and business issues quickly and efficiently.

Josh began his career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in the Corporate Department, gaining experience in complex securities work. He transitioned to startup life as the General Counsel for Ingress Capital, and then as the Commercial Director and General Counsel for the Australia-based energy startup One Big Switch. He’s a people person at heart, but practicer of loner-ish hobbies like classical guitar, fiction reading/writing, skiing, fly fishing and cycling. He has a B.A. from Duke University and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
